Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using MuchLoved.App (the "Service"), operated by Authoring Life, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Service allows you to upload, link, store, and share photos, text, and other materials ("Content"). You retain full ownership and copyright of any Content you upload. By uploading Content, you grant Authoring Life a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license solely to temporarily store, process, and print this Content for the purpose of creating and delivering your physical or digital memory books.
You agree not to use the Service to upload Content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, highly explicit, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Authoring Life reserves the right to refuse printing or terminate accounts that violate this policy without a refund.
Digital Products: Due to the immediate and customized nature of digital PDF downloads, you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal upon accessing or downloading the digital file. Digital purchases are non-refundable.
Physical Products: Under EU consumer law, you typically have a 14-day right to return physical goods. However, because our printed memory books are highly personalized/customized goods, they are exempt from standard return rights unless there is a physical manufacturing defect or damage during transit. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a free replacement.
Authoring Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, the loss of your data, or any unauthorized access to your uploaded Content. You are entirely responsible for backing up the original copies of the photos you upload.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
